RE: Vilas County Snowmobile Trails Scheduled to Close for the Season

THE VILAS COUNTY SNOWMOBILE TRAIL SYSTEM INCLUDING ALL STATE FUNDED AND CLUB FUNDED TRAILS WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, MARCH 18, 2022 at 8:00 A.M.

The 11 Vilas County Snowmobile Alliance Clubs, (The Arbor Vitae Cross Country Cruisers, The Boulder Junction Snowmobile Club, The Conover Sno-Buddies, The Eagle River Sno-Eagles, The Lac du Flambeau Northern Hornshoe, The Land O' Lakes Frosty Club, The Manitowish Waters Sno-Skeeters, The Phelps Snowmobile Club, The Presque Isle/ Winchester Sno-Bunnies, The Sayer Barnstormers, and The St. German Bo-Boen Snowmobile Club) sponsors and operators of the existing trails, have done an incredible job of grooming and trail maintenance this past snowmobile season. These clubs went above and beyond to make this season such a great success. Countless hours and funds were used this season to give our trail users the best and safest trails possible.

We hope you enjoyed the 500 plus miles of state funded and club trails in Vilas County. We hope you had a safe and enjoyable time on the trails and thank you for supporting the economy of Vilas County! We hope to see you all return next year and bring a friend or two.
